About ShopDeals
ShopDeals.io shows member prices from online brands and from local cafés, studios and shops in Canada and the US. Memberships aren’t on sale yet: the $9 a month price is proposed, and joining the founding list is free and doesn’t commit you to anything.
Deals
- Sample deals. Some brands and offers on the site are samples that show how ShopDeals will work. They aren’t real offers, and the site says so where they appear.
- Real deals come from the businesses that offer them. That business is responsible for honouring its deal and for its products and services. We check deals before we list them, but prices, dates and availability can change, and we can’t guarantee any deal.
- The fine print on each deal page applies to that deal.
Membership
When memberships open, you’ll see the price, how billing works and how to cancel before you pay. Nobody is charged for joining the founding list.
Links to brands, and how we earn
Some links on ShopDeals take you to brands through affiliate networks, and we may earn a commission when you buy. It costs you nothing extra and never changes the price a deal shows. Other sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren’t responsible for their content.
Listing a deal as a business
When you send a deal through List your deal, you confirm that you can offer it for that business, and you let ShopDeals show it with the business name and photo. We may edit the wording for clarity, and we may decline or remove any deal. You can ask us to take your deal down at any time.
Using the site
Please don’t misuse the site: no automated bulk copying, no sending forms on other people’s behalf without permission, and nothing that interferes with how the site runs. The site’s design and text belong to ShopDeals. Brand names, logos and photos belong to their owners.
No warranties
We provide the site as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, ShopDeals isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or any deal, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the past 12 months.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. This doesn’t take away any consumer rights you have where you live.
