Where offers come from
- Hand-checked offers. We find offers brands publish themselves: on their home page, their sale and promotions pages, and their sign-up offers. We list an offer only once we’ve seen it on the brand’s own site.
- Brand feeds. Once a brand approves ShopDeals in its affiliate programme, its current offers and codes come to us from the brand through that programme, every day.
How a hand-checked offer is confirmed
- We open the brand’s own site and find the offer in the brand’s own words.
- We record the page it’s on, its exact wording and the date we saw it.
- We note what it saves, any code, where the brand ships, any minimum spend or exclusions, and when it ends, if the brand says.
- The offer’s page then shows the site and the date, for example “Checked on 49thcoffee.com, Oct 25”.
How long a check lasts
We re-check offers on the brand’s site. A hand-checked offer we can’t confirm again within 14 days of its last check comes down on its own. Offers from a brand’s feed update every day and come down the day the brand ends them.
What “checked” means
It’s the last date we saw the offer live on the brand’s site. Brands can change or end an offer without notice, so the brand’s checkout has the final say on the price, the code and the terms. You pay the brand, in the brand’s currency.
The codes we publish
We publish only codes a brand has made public or given to us. We don’t list leaked, staff or private codes, and we don’t guess at codes that might work.
When an offer ends
It comes off the site at the next daily update. Its page then sends you to the brand’s page, or to the category when the brand has nothing current, so a saved or shared link still leads somewhere useful.
How offers are ordered
Lists sort by saving, by end date or by what’s new. What a brand pays us when you buy doesn’t change where its offers appear. Read more about ShopDeals and how we earn.
Found one that doesn’t work?
Tell us through the contact form with the brand and the offer. We’ll check it on the brand’s site and fix it or take it down.
