Online deals work on the brand’s own site. Each deal tells you which of the two it uses before you go.
- Open the deal and tap Unlock. Your member code or member link appears.
- Shop on the brand’s site as usual.
- Enter the code at checkout, or arrive through the link and the member price is already in your cart.

Local deals work in person. Cafés and shops scan or check your pass; studios and treatment rooms take a booking through your member link.
- Open your member pass on your phone.
- Show it when you order or pay, or book a time through the member link.
